We truly appreciate your business, so if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes, velvet pouches, and any extras such as cleaning solutions and cleaning cloths. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns if any of the above-mentioned are present or missing.

To process a return request for your purchase, please email us at returns@joyasalexanderusa.com with the subject "RMA." Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Please remember that worn, adjusted, or damaged products (by the customer) cannot be refunded or exchanged. Engraved items and special order items are not eligible for a refund. Returns are inspected and processed within 2-3 business days. If everything looks good, we will credit your original payment method used.

Returns that did not receive an RMA # will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
